In 2010 developer Zombie Studios released Blacklight: Tango Down, a downloadable FPS (first person shooter). Pricing for the game was just $15. CEO Mark Long recently announced that the sequel, simply known as ‘Blacklight‘, will be free to play when released while chargin players for premium content.Mark Long stated to the guys at Big Download:
“The full game will be free along with premium content that can be purchased in-game. Blacklight will feature a large number of improvements based on the player feedback we’ve gotten. And we hope going free-to-play will close that loop so we can respond even faster to player preferences.”
Blacklight will utilize the Unreal Engine 3 and will feature all new gear, weapons, gadgets, levels, and introduce mechs. No other details have been provided on the Blacklight sequel, but sounds promising...
