With fresh leaves and vivid flowers setting the scene in TLBB magical kingdom this upcoming season, ChangYou.com Europe invites players to spend time in the ‘Hidden Treasures’ event that promises to be as action-packed as always.This alluring and beautifully rendered martial arts MMO has witnessed excellent user-ship numbers around the world and with an already strong fan base in the western market, publisher company ChangYou.com have confirmed their latest launch period in Europe for 2010.
This spring Tian Long Ba Bu (TLBB) enters its Limited Open Beta phase on the 19th March and, with the Open Beta phase soon approaching, it will be the only time gamers can enjoy this one-off limited period which kicks-in after the Closed Beta finale that same day.
Before this however, players should be aware that on the 8th March at 06:00AM (GMT), TLBB’s activation will be closed. Meaning that from then until the 19th March, new accounts can still be registered for TLBB but new players will not be able to access the ‘New Moon’ server between these dates.
In addition, Closed Beta Keys will no longer be eligible for activation as of the 8th March. However, players lucky enough to be selected to participate in the Limited Open Beta will be able to join existing players on the new server named ‘Dragon’ from 19th of March. Nevertheless, TLBB will be giving existing warriors a last chance to settle old scores before erasing all character progress at 07:00AM (GMT) on the 19th.
Following on from this, at 18:00PM (GMT) 19th March, ChangYou Europe has announced that the Limited Open Beta will begin, but will only be open to a select number of gamers on a daily basis, thus making available spaces in TLBB few and far between.
Rundown of dates and times for Limited Open Beta:
-8th March 2010 @ 06:00AM (GMT) – Closed Beta Activation Closes
-Between 8th March and 19th March – Players can register but will NOT be able to access New Moon server – Closed Beta Keys invalid
-19th March 2010 @ 07:00AM (GMT) – Closed Beta character wipe
-19th March 2010 @18:00PM (GMT) – Limited Open Beta Begins (‘Dragon’ server)
-Daily registrations spaces during the ‘Limited Open Beta’ period are limited
With maintenance work taking place during the day [19th March], it will give players a final chance to hunt around for a limited number of special codes that have been distributed among select gaming portals. These codes will allow gamers to be in for a chance of winning 1 of 200 limited edition Crystal Dragon Eggs available in the world, that have been specially designed in the Far East. These eggs will be a one-off production for TLBB and will not be available again. So, make sure you pick up a code sooner rather than later!
