Now Magic World Online has felt the rage from the players and designed a special event for players to vent their anger.
On June 1 and 2, 2009, GMs will show up at Beast Camp who respectively belongs to Destiny and Empire. They will stand at the center of Camp and take all attacks from players. The first 10 players who successfully killed a GM will be rewarded. And gifts will be sent to the winners according to the log record afterwards. Event like this can never be an excuse. But they are really making efforts to improve it. Rumor has it that they will soon launch a 7/24 live chat service, to satisfy players throughout the world. It remains a question how soon it will be online but still good news since the company works hard to provide better customer support.
